Wise West Connect, a leading cleaning company, is actively seeking casual cleaners to join our dedicated team. We are expanding our services in Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas and need committed individuals to help us maintain our high standards of cleanliness for our valued clients in domestic, commercial, and hotel settings. Our services include end of lease cleaning, commercial cleaning, general cleaning, carpet cleaning, NDIS cleaning, and regular cleaning.

Job Description:

As a Casual Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing a variety of cleaning tasks such as end of lease cleaning, commercial cleaning, general cleaning, carpet cleaning, NDIS cleaning, and regular cleaning.

• Cleaning of bathrooms (including showers and baths), toilets, kitchen benches, stove tops, ovens, vacuuming and mopping floors, keeping cupboards tidy, making beds, dusting, washing and ironing, general housekeeping.

• Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.

• Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies.

• Notifying superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.

• Dealing with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.

• Attending multiple domestic jobs per day using reliable transport.

Requirements:

​

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper in domestic, commercial, or hotel settings.

• Ability to work with little supervision, maintaining high levels of performance.

• Prioritisation and time management skills.

• Working quickly without compromising quality.

• Knowledge of English language.

• Must have legal right to work in Australia.

• Driver's License and personal vehicle (Required).

• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.

• 100 points of ID required

• Police Check Certificate 

• Proof of your COVID-19 vaccination.

• Availability to work 15 - 20 hours per week guaranteed, during working hours (between 8am - 5pm), after working hours (start time after 5pm), weekdays or weekends. You choose your schedule!
